All couture gowns, tailored blazer dresses, and jewelry pieces arrive equipped with a signature black-and-gold Royal Princess security ribbon or tamper-evident seal. You are cordially invited to try on garments with the ribbon in place. Important Notice: If this security ribbon has been cut, unclasped, or altered, the item is non-refundable and will be returned to the client.

To ensure you secure your desired replacement size before inventory is allocated, our Concierge will immediately reserve the replacement piece upon generation of your return label. Once the carrier registers the return package scan, the exchange piece is promptly prepared and dispatched at no additional shipping charge.

Because bespoke garments, customized gown alterations, and personalized engraved jewelry pieces are crafted exclusively according to individual client specifications, they are considered final sale. However, our atelier master tailors remain dedicated to your ultimate satisfaction and offer complimentary minor fit adjustments on bespoke commissions within 30 days of receipt.

Yes. Our private styling salon offers complimentary 30-minute one-on-one virtual consultations via video conference or phone. A senior stylist will present curated ensembles, discuss textile draping, offer accurate silhouette advice based on your measurements, and assemble complete gala or wardrobe ensembles.

Every order includes our signature luxury presentation packaging by default. During checkout or via our Concierge, you may specify that your order is a gift. We will omit price invoices and enclose an embossed card with your personalized message inscribed by hand in artisanal calligraphy.
